Coventry Telegraph HS2 debate – Friday 11 February

THE Coventry Telegraph is staging a public debate on the HS2 high speed plans which will see high speed rail supporter Bob Ainsworth MP go head-to-head with leading protestor Jerry Marshall, chair of the action group against the governments plans for 250mph trains ripping through Coventry and Warwickshire countryside.

The free debate, to be hosted by the Telegraph’s political reporter Les Reid, is open to all and will takes place between noon and 1.30pm at the chamber of commerce’s Oak Tree Court Conference Centre, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry.  If you would like to attend the event, please email events@cw-chamber.co.uk to book a space.
